Please keep in mind that all lease purchases, just like buying a home, require a down payment. The amount of the down payment depends on several variables such as the market value of the home and credit scores. A current credit report is required and we will pull it from our office for all lease purchases.
If you are not paying your bills on time, a lease purchase program is not for you.
