A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the contract price. The Court will hold the winning bid open for 10 days. If the winning bid is not upset during this period, the winning bidder must close within 30 days or less once notified as high bidder..

The high bidder on the day of the auction must be able to deposit by cash, check or certified funds, 10% of his/her bid. There are no contingencies, viz., inspections, bank approval, or appraisal.
